OPTIMA CAMELVIEW VILLAGE

The project is a pioneering mixed-use development integrating lush landscaped terraces with sustainable building strategies. The project is a 700-unit mixed-use development built on a 13-acre site in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona.

My involvement on Camelview Village spanned from design detailing, documentation, to site coordination, reviewing shop drawings and problem-solving design challenges in real time, working closely with the construction sub-contractors.

This hands-on experience provided me with a unique perspective on the intersection of design intent and construction execution, reinforcing my ability to navigate challenges from concept to completion. Working within Optima’s vertically integrated model, I gained invaluable insight into streamlining workflows between design and construction teams.
