COPLEY TOWER [UNBUILT]

Copley Tower is a 625-foot tall, 53 story, mixed-use tower with expanded retail podium. The project ws designed to house 419 rental apartments, 121 condominium units, amenities consisting of outdoor pool, apartment residents’ lounge and condo residents’ lounge, 24-hr doorman at each lobby, dry-cleaning service, and unprecedented access to the best location in downtown Boston.

While working at Elkus Manfredi Architects, I was actively involved in the design and development of Copley Tower, with a strong emphasis on the building’s facade. My responsibilities included refining the architectural expression through facade detailing, producing comprehensive construction documentation, and developing custom Revit families to enhance design efficiency. Additionally, I played a key role in coordinating building systems, ensuring seamless integration between structural, mechanical, and architectural elements to achieve both aesthetic and functional excellence.
